What We're Looking For
We're looking for one business to acquire, operate, and grow over the long term. Here's what we're searching for — and what to expect if your business fits.
- Target Industries: System integrators, industrial electrical contractors, specialty distributors, and industrial services businesses.
- Geography: Gulf Coast Texas, Florida, and the Southeast U.S. Beach-adjacent markets preferred, but we evaluate every strong opportunity.
- Revenue Range: $2M+ in annual revenue.
- Team Size: 15+ employees. We’re comfortable scaling significantly larger given our leadership experience.
- Business Condition: Stable, turnkey operations preferred. We’re also open to operational improvement opportunities where strong leadership can drive transformation.
- Financing: Well-capitalized with SBA 7(a) and conventional acquisition financing already secured.
