About Us
The Partnership
Bridgeway Holdings is the partnership of Dan Diaconu and Kile Kapral.
Dan and Kile bring skills that are rare individually and exceptional together. Dan brings operational depth — the ability to manage large teams, complex systems, regulatory environments, and capital programs. Kile brings the business-building engine — sales, relationships, hiring, and growth — sharpened by military service that instilled discipline and the instinct to spot inefficiency and fix it. Together, we can acquire a business, stabilize it with strong operational leadership, and grow it into new markets and capabilities.

Our Commitment
Your employees will be valued, retained, and developed, and the customer and vendor relationships you’ve built will be honored and deepened. Throughout due diligence and closing, we will operate with transparency, respect, and clear communication. Our goal is long-term ownership and sustainable growth — not a quick flip or financial restructuring. We are motivated, prepared, and ready to move at your pace.
Kile Kapral
Kile is a 26-year-old entrepreneur, U.S. Army veteran, and co-owner of Elik Homes & Remodeling, a thriving home remodeling and property acquisition company he has helped build alongside his father. Before entering business, Kile served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army as a radio communications specialist embedded with leadership. He took the initiative to completely revamp his radio team’s operations — identifying inefficiencies and rebuilding processes from the ground up. That instinct to step back, assess, and improve is one he carries into every business challenge. In just three years at Elik Homes, Kile has played a central role in scaling the business from $700K to over $7M in annual revenue while growing the team from 2 to 22 employees.
Dan Diaconu
Dan is an electrical engineer with an Executive MBA from Baylor University, currently serving as Plant Manager at Koppers Inc. in Stickney, Illinois — a complex chemical manufacturing facility. Over nearly a decade at Koppers, Dan has progressed from Electrical Engineer to Engineering Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, and now Plant Manager, building one of the most diverse industrial operations leadership records you’ll find in an acquisition buyer.
